Prince George isn't just where I work — it's where I choose to be. I know the neighbourhoods, the market, and what makes this place worth calling home.

Two hours from the mountains, close to the lakes, big enough to have every amenity you need but without the crowds and the cost of the coast. People undersell this city. I don't.

I got into real estate because I wanted to help people find their place in it — whether they're moving here for the first time or upgrading after a few years of building equity.

When I Could Go Anywhere

A lot of people look at Prince George on a map and think remote. I look at it and think central. You're within reach of Jasper, the lakes, skiing, hiking, and some of the best hunting and fishing in the province — without fighting Vancouver traffic to get there.

The city itself has grown up. Good restaurants, solid schools, a university, a hospital, real infrastructure. Families live well here. Housing is still attainable. And the people are the kind who actually know their neighbours.

I'm involved in the community — including volunteer work with the Spruce City Wildlife Association — because I care about what happens here. That's not a marketing line. It's just true.
